It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a member of staff for assistance. All products and offers are subject to availability. We may offer alternative products or a refund where appropriate at our discretion.

Piglets Pantry does not currently carry out a delivery service.
If your order is refunded, owing to product/offer availability or as a customer service goodwill gesture, it will usually be processed in the following way – through the site’s till, with the funds being returned to your card. Refunds may take between 3 and 10 working days depending on your bank.
Piglets Pantry have adopted the “Challenge 21/25” initiative and if you are lucky enough to look under 21/25 you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when you buy alcohol. Acceptable forms of proof are: photocard driving licence, passport or other accredited proof of age card. If you are under 18, it is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol.
